Our Annual Membership Includes:
- 2 Exams
- 2 Regular Dental Cleanings (non-Perio)
- 4 digital Bitewing Xrays
- Full Mouth Series or Panoramic Xray
- 2 Fluoride Treatments (if indicated)
- 2 treatments of desensitizing treatment (if indicated)
- 1 emergency exam and x-ray
- Any intra oral photographs taken
- 20% off all other treatments including fillings, crowns, veneers, build ups, sealants, extractions, partials, dentures, exams, additional cleanings, etc. (Does not apply to Invisalign).
The yearly fee for the All Smiles Membership plan is $399 for individual and $349 for each additional dependent.
This membership plan is not dental insurance and cannot be combined with dental insurance or any dental financing company.
